Employee Transportation Coordinator Training

Ticket To Ride can provide training for the member or members of your staff responsible for managing employee transportation issues. This training will educate the Employee Transportation Coordinator on how to meet the transportation demands of your company's workforce and keep him or her abreast of pertinent transportation tax and legal issues.  Ticket To Ride can provide your company with information on how to offer employees incentives to participate in alternative transportation programs. These include a $115 stipend for mass transit or carpool/vanpool participation and a $220 stipend for realized parking benefits.  Carpool/Vanpool Database Management

Ticket To Ride will create a customized carpool/vanpool participation application which can be distributed to your company's workforce. These applications will be collected, processed and entered into the Ticket To Ride database. This database will match carpool/vanpool participants with persons living in similar areas and/or traveling similar routes to work. Participants are then mailed a ridesharing "matchlist".

The entire process, from data collection and entry to matching and mailing results, is managed by Ticket To Ride, saving your company time and effort. The participant application process can be integrated into new employee orientation programs and utilized as means of attracting potential employees with transportation barriers.

Guaranteed Ride Home

Ticket To Ride guarantees a ride home to every employee who participates in any of our alternative transportation programs. Should an emergency arise, Ticket To Ride will reimburse the employee 80% of the cost of a taxi ride for a distance of up to 100 miles. In the event of illness, family crisis or even unplanned mandatory overtime, your employees have a Guaranteed Ride Home.

Promotional Materials

Ticket To Ride will provide your company with a variety of promotional materials including brochures, posters, pens, newsletters and more to encourage employee participation. Ticket to Ride will also help establish a Transportation Resource Center at your company's workplace where employees can pick up additional materials such as ridesharing applications, TARC schedules and bike maps.
